Job brief

We are looking for a detail-oriented Clinical Data Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support clinical trial operations by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely management of clinical data throughout the study lifecycle. You'll work closely with clinical research teams, data management, and biostatistics to keep studies running smoothly and compliantly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical trial data collection, entry, and cleaning processes
• Review case report forms (CRFs) for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Identify, track, and resolve data discrepancies and queries on time
• Collaborate with clinical research associates (CRAs), investigators, and site staff to ensure data quality standards are met
• Support the development and maintenance of data management plans (DMPs), edit checks, and validation rules
• Assist in database lock activities and final data reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with GCP (Good Clinical Practice), regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records throughout the trial.

Requirements

• Advanced English level (B2/C1) to ensure fluent communication across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health sciences, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in clinical data coordination
• Hands-on experience with one or more EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault, Oracle InForm, or similar)
• Solid understanding of GCP guidelines and clinical trial processes
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Experience with CDISC standards (SDTM, CDASH) is a plus
• Experience working on multi-site and/or international studies is a plus
• Good communication skills
