How AllRemoteJobs handles your information.

Information you provide

When you create an account, we use the name, email address, and authentication details you provide. When you use the service, we may store saved jobs, search preferences, alerts, notification settings, and support requests. If you choose the optional CV tool, we process the CV text to suggest search preferences and store the resulting profile so you can manage it from your account.

Information created while you use the service

We use account activity and subscription status to provide saved jobs, alerts, notifications, paid features, account security, and support. Billing is handled by our payment provider. AllRemoteJobs receives the customer and subscription information needed to identify access and process billing events, but does not receive your full card number.

Job and source information

We collect permitted job listings from their original sources, normalize them, remove duplicate noise, and link you back to the source when you apply. Job listing information is not treated as your private account data.

Cookies, local storage, and optional analytics

The site uses an HTTP-only session cookie when you sign in. Recent searches can remain in local storage on your device and are not sent to us. On public pages, Microsoft Clarity may receive page usage patterns and coarse product events only after you allow optional analytics. We do not send CV text, extracted skills, email addresses, saved-job identities, passwords, or raw API responses to Clarity. Account, CV, authentication, API, and admin pages are excluded from the tracker.

How we use and share information

We use information to operate AllRemoteJobs, deliver account and alert emails, provide support, secure the service, maintain billing access, and improve public pages when optional analytics is enabled. We share information with providers that help us run those functions, including our email, hosting, database, analytics, and payment providers. We do not sell your personal information. When you follow an application link, the original job source receives the information you choose to provide there under that source's own policy.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and billing records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet security and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You can delete your stored CV profile from your account and request account deletion through account settings or support. An active paid subscription must be canceled before the account can be deleted so billing is not left running.

We may update this policy when the service or its providers change. The current version will remain available on this page.
