Conduct thorough investigations and forensic analyses of motor vehicle accidents, including crash dynamics, impact forces, vehicle kinematics, roadway conditions, and contributing factors.
Perform on-site inspections, evidence collection, and measurements to accurately reconstruct accidents.
Prepare detailed written reports and expert opinions supported by engineering principles, data modeling, and physical evidence.
Provide expert witness testimony during depositions and trials — translating complex technical findings into clear, understandable opinions suitable for attorneys, juries, and other non-technical audiences.
Collaborate closely with legal teams to develop case strategies, identify key issues, and support litigation efforts with precise technical expertise.
Stay current on industry standards, crash investigation methodologies, and relevant regulations and technologies in vehicle dynamics and roadway safety.
At least 15 years of experience in Accident Reconstruction.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
Professional Engineering (PE) license and/or ACTAR certification is strongly preferred.

Proven experience in accident reconstruction and collision analysis.
Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, occupant kinematics, and safety standards in both low and high-speed accidents.
Previous experience serving as an expert witness or testifying in legal proceedings is highly desirable.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
