What You'll Need

• Experience: 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, specifically in SaaS Account Expansion, Cross-Selling, or Strategic Account Management. A proven track record of upselling new product lines into an existing customer base is required.
• Industry Expertise: Direct experience in the logistics, freight-tech, automotive supply chain is preferred. Deep familiarity with the pain points of both auto shippers and carriers is essential.
• Skillset: Exceptional relationship-building and consultative sales skills. You know how to leverage an existing business relationship to run a discovery process on secondary pain points (like risk management or operational bottlenecks).
• Persona Match: You understand that existing customers require a "trusted advisor" approach. You can articulate how adding SuperProtect protects a carrier’s bottom line, or how SuperAgent helps a broker handle twice the load volume without hiring more staff.

Location

Open to candidates within the United States only. All work must be performed from within the United States. This role is not eligible for international remote work.
