Requirements

• 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a full-cycle Account Executive role
• A track record of meeting or exceeding quota that you can explain with real numbers
• Experience selling remotely to customers in the United States or Canada
• Strong spoken and written English, with the confidence to run discovery and commercial conversations with senior stakeholders
• Experience selling in a high-velocity or mid-market environment where you manage multiple opportunities at different stages at once
• Good judgment around qualification. You know when to dig deeper, when to challenge a prospect, and when to walk away
• Strong discovery skills and working knowledge of a structured sales methodology such as Sandler, GAP, SPIN, MEDDIC, or Challenger
• Ability to translate business needs into a clear solution without relying on feature dumping
• Comfort prospecting into named accounts and creating some of your own pipeline alongside inbound demand
• You keep your pipeline clean, forecast with discipline, and follow up when you say you will
• You take ownership of the next step and do not wait for a manager to tell you what to do

What will make you stand out

• Experience selling an LMS, HR tech, customer education, enablement, or another SaaS product with multiple stakeholders
• Experience selling mid-market or lower-enterprise SaaS deals that can involve procurement, security, or multiple decision-makers
• Experience working in a product-led or inbound-heavy SaaS company where Sales must separate true sales opportunities from customers better served through self-service
• Experience working account-based outbound motions with Marketing

Working hours and location

This role is remote and open to candidates based in Latin America. Your primary market will be North America, so your schedule must provide reliable overlap with US business hours. Some flexibility for later meetings may be needed when working with prospects on the US West Coast.
