If you are excited to help RP achieve its bookings target by closing new logos, then this might be the role for you! As a Sales Account Executive, you will focus on managing the pipeline, enterprise new deals, improve the sales cycle, and plan for the next quarter, than this role is for you!
Our Account Executives own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, partnering closely with Marketing to improve lead conversion, shorten the sales cycle, and build trusted relationships across the HubSpot ecosystem while helping organizations solve complex RevOps challenges
What You’ll Do - Some high impact opportunities you'll tackle include:
Consultative Selling + Revenue Strategy – uncover business challenges, align solutions, and drive measurable outcomes.
Relationship Building + Strategic Execution – build trusted partnerships while guiding opportunities from discovery to close.
Business Acumen + Sales Execution – combine strategic thinking with disciplined pipeline management to drive revenue growth.
Customer-First Mindset + Revenue Growth – balance long-term partner success with achieving ambitious sales goals.

Strategic Discovery + Trusted Advising – diagnose complex business needs and recommend tailored RevOps solutions.
Pipeline Ownership + Cross-Functional Collaboration – partner with Marketing to improve lead conversion while managing the full sales cycle.
👉🏻Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently grow revenue by owning the full sales cycle, increasing pipeline conversion, closing enterprise deals, and building trusted relationships across the HubSpot ecosystem
Who You Are - This opportunity is for you if you have/can:
2+ years of experience selling HubSpot and/or HubSpot services
2+ years of experience using a recording tool (Gong, Avoma, etc)
Comfort and familiarity with posting on LinkedIn and other social media channels
Communication: Create points of view on social media and prioritizing listening over talking
Leadership:Can take down KingKong with strategy and Godzilla with tactics. You have an unnatural combination of strategy with tactics
Drive: Define and manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), driving insights to develop and build relationships in the HubSpot ecosystem
You're consultative. You ask thoughtful questions, uncover business challenges, and guide prospects toward the right solution—not just a sale.
You're relationship-driven. You build trust quickly, communicate with clarity, and create lasting partnerships across the HubSpot ecosystem.
You're results-oriented. You take ownership of your pipeline, proactively manage opportunities, and consistently work toward ambitious revenue goals.
You're collaborative. You partner closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to improve lead conversion, shorten sales cycles, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
