Account Manager (Remote)

Hours: 3pm - 11pm SA time

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing proactive support, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to help clients maximize the value of our services.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, an excellent communicator, and able to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of client accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to identify needs, address concerns, and provide proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests and projects are completed successfully.
• Maintain accurate client records, account notes, and activity within CRM systems.
• Monitor account health and ensure timely follow-up until issues are fully resolved.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and additional services.
• Manage multiple client interactions while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a client-first approach.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Service, or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience working with multiple CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in an MSP, technology, SaaS, or professional services environment is advantageous.
