The Account Manager, Strategic Acute Care is responsible for driving engagement and utilization within existing healthcare facility contracts while continuing to expand client relationships. This role focuses on generating staffing demand, reactivating dormant accounts, and ensuring facilities consistently rely on our services to meet their workforce needs. Success in this position requires strong relationship management, proactive outreach, and the ability to convert opportunities into active staffing requests.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively cold call dormant and inactive accounts to reintroduce our services, uncover new opportunities, and win back business
• Cultivate, build and maintain valuable relationships with dormant clients
• Reach out to existing client facilities by phone and email in order to drive utilization of existing contracts and secure active staffing requisitions
• Manage a high volume of activity in a fast paced environment while maintaining urgency and follow through
• Ensure the satisfaction of our client facilities through proactively meeting their staffing needs
• Persistently generate client leads through strategic planning and referrals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
• Negotiate contracts with healthcare facilities resulting in mutually beneficial terms
• Take initiative in professional development and continuously look for ways to improve performance and results
