Position Overview

As a Client Advisor you should be passionate about providing small business owners with the best customer experience they have ever seen. Client Advisors at Club Capital should possess an entrepreneurial mindset to manage a portfolio of business advisory clients. You will become a trusted advisor in many areas of the clients day to day operations; from reviewing monthly financial statements and working with them to review their business’ financial statements, establish targets, set goals to help them grow, and offer controller and CFO advisory services. Client Advisors serve as a primary point of contact for the clients within their portfolio and are expected to be able to understand accounting, business financials, while working closely with internal teams to support and perform additional duties for our more complex clients.

A Client Advisor at Club Capital, will create a business advisory relationship with their clients through email, chat, and Zoom calls on a regular basis. A true partnership between the client and serving as subject matter expert in accounting and finances to ensure client success. Client Advisors will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the monthly accounting for your client portfolio, facilitating their monthly financial reporting, and supporting in other key service areas.
