Wise is looking for an AI Implementation Manager to drive the expansion of Wise Assistant—our customer-facing AI agent. As we scale this technology from Customer Support into core product domains (Send, Account, Business, Spend) and critical servicing areas (FinCrime, KYC, PayOps), you will own end-to-end execution.
You’ll coordinate complex rollouts, navigate regulatory approvals, manage vendor partnerships, and unblock parallel workstreams to keep launches timely, secure, and high-quality.

Salary range for this role is between £90,000 - £118,000 + RSU's
