This role is designed for an AI-fluent individual contributor who helps shape how Elite identifies, evaluates, and applies AI across both enterprise functions and product. The position partners closely with leaders and delivery teams to guide ideation around AI and agentic automation use cases, helping teams move from opportunity framing to practical implementation paths.
The position combines hands-on technical depth with strong strategic judgment. It drives the exploration, experimentation, and rapid prototyping of emerging AI technologies, tools, and implementation patterns, while influencing the company’s broader AI direction through practical insight and demonstrated results. Rather than owning large-scale delivery directly, this role accelerates learning, informs decision-making, and helps establish scalable approaches that teams can adopt across the organization.
