Monitor listing health and resolve issues such as suppressed listings, stranded inventory, variations, and

catalog errors.

Guide Listing Specialists in conducting keyword research and implementing effective SEO strategies.

Sales & Advertising

Monitor and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
Analyze advertising performance, including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Identify opportunities to improve organic rankings and overall sales performance.
Coordinate promotional activities, deals, coupons, and seasonal campaigns.

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, sales, profitability, inventory, advertising, and

KPIs.

Analyze business data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Track performance and provide management with updates on progress against targets.
Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for improving store performance

Qualifications (Must Have):

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon stores through Amazon Seller Central.
Proven experience managing and leading a team, including Listing Specialists or e-commerce professionals.
Strong knowledge of Amazon store operations, product listing optimization, Amazon SEO, and catalog

management.

Experience monitoring key Amazon performance metrics, sales, revenue, conversion rates, and profitability.
Working knowledge of Amazon PPC and advertising performance metrics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

Qualifications (Preferred):

Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces, such as the US, UK, Canada, or UAE.
Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content.
Knowledge of inventory planning and forecasting.
Experience handling Amazon account health issues, listing suppression, policy violations, and

catalog-related challenges.

Experience with Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar platforms.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, Inventory, Customer Support,

and Finance.
