📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and apprentices
• Oversee API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) manufacturing unit support
• Develop budgets and liaise with production; ensure policy compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, safety, and finance
• Drive continuous improvement and new product introductions
• Manage external contractors and coordinate audits

🎯 Requirements

• Degree (Level 7+) in chemical engineering or Chemistry
• 8-10 years pharma experience; 2+ years as Engineering Supervisor/Manager
• Experience in active pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities
• Experience with glass-lined vessels, reactors, pumps, heat exchangers, ATEX, solvent handling
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
