Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Application Lead with 8-10 years of experience in managing Application Management Services (AMS)and Change Request (CR) delivery for global clients. This role requires deep technical expertise in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Magento Commerce, along with proven experience in incident management, application enhancements, and stakeholder coordination. The candidate must be comfortable working in the US Mountain Time zone to align with client teams across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery and support of non-SAP applications in a global AMS environment, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Manage the end-to-end CR lifecycle including assessment, effort estimation, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.

• Coordinate closely with client stakeholders, business users, and internal technical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Handle incident management, problem resolution, and service requests using ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.

• Supervise and participate in application development and enhancementsusing technologies such as Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Magento Commerce.

• Drive and track SLA compliance, KPI adherence, and ensure service quality through continuous monitoring and improvements.

• Manage expectationsby proactively communicating timelines, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with QA and testing teams to ensure test coverage using tools like Jira, TestRail, Selenium, or Postman.

• Manage and mentor a team of developers and support engineers across geographies; ensure effective task distribution and performance management.

• Participate in release planning, deployment coordination, and change control activities.
