📋 Description

• Prepare weekly Sampling Plan and share with the CE team.
• Ensure that all types of transactions are monitored.
• Ensure three types of COPC audits are done: Live, Recorded and Side-by-Side.
• Ensure Sampling Adherence and MIPs implementation as required.
• Track QA feedback from audits to improve consultant performance.
• Check QA accuracy via ATA and Calibration.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of Quality Supervisor experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years in quality assurance, preferably in call center/customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with coaching ability.
• In-depth knowledge of call center operations, metrics, and quality standards.
