• Assisting the immigration team with file management, day to day enquiries, document collection and drafting visa and related applications.
  
• Follow up with clients to obtain correct or additional documents and information as directed by the supervising Migration Agent or Lawyer
  
• Carry out legal research as directed
  
• Maintain internal databases to ensure client records and information are up to date and accurate
  
• Assist with booking appointments, scheduling meetings and other ad-hoc client matters
  
• Assist in the preparation of other supporting documents, such as submissions, formatting of documents, etc.
  
• Maintain and update templates and contribute to continuous improvement activities to enhance the client experience
  

Requirements

• Be available to work 40 hours per week over 5 days (flexible scheduling available with majority of hours between 9:00am - 5:30pm ACST)
