Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, driven B2B Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, identifying potential customers and initiating the conversations that lead to long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-potential prospects that fit our ideal customer profile.
• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through a strategic mix of cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling.
• Qualify inbound leads and vet potential opportunities to ensure a strong fit for the sales team.
• Manage and maintain a clean pipeline within the CRM, documenting all interactions meticulously.
• Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Master the product value proposition to effectively handle objections and articulate ROI to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasiveness.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of daily tasks.
• Resilience and a positive attitude toward handling rejection and overcoming obstacles.
• Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
