• Developing new products and strategies, and taking them to market efficiently and seamlessly

As a backend developer, you will bring:

• Strong technical expertise across the full technology stack, with a particular focus on backend development.

• A strong passion for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions.

• Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, develop and deploy, and provide monitoring and support.

• Lead the design, development, and unit testing of software applications, APIs, and services in line with architecture standards and engineering best practices across financial platforms and mobile apps.

• Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that incorporate automated testing and governance.

• In-depth knowledge of microservice architectures and distributed system design patterns.

• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork.

• Prior experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers.

Technical Skills:

This position is highly technical and requires proficiency across a wide range of tools, languages, and frameworks. While expertise in every area is not expected, experience or familiarity with most will support success in the team:

• Full Cycle Engineering (design, implementation, operation, and management)
