Compensation: $50-$55K annual retainer ($4500/month) with OTE up to $100K

We are seeking an experienced strategic partnerships and business development leader to expand our reach, cultivate long-term relationships, and drive sustainable growth within business development. This individual will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that increase organizational impact, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen our presence across the education and social impact sectors.
This is a full-cycle business development role responsible for prospecting, relationship management, proposal development, contract negotiations, and closing new business. If you're excited about building meaningful partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the growth of a purpose-driven company, we'd love to meet you.
Ideal Candidate Qualification
The ideal candidate brings 7-10 years of professional experience, including at least five years leading strategic partnerships, business development, or external engagement initiatives with demonstrated success in generating measurable growth, including qualified referrals, strategic partnerships, new business opportunities, closed deals, and sustained revenue growth. Experience in the K-12 education sector, edtech, nonprofit space, or other social sector experience is strongly preferred.
