Ampd Energy is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the Benelux region to grow our commercial business across this region.
This is a senior individual-contributor role with direct responsibility for developing new customers, expanding existing accounts, building strategic channel and rental partnerships, and delivering profitable growth across the territory.
You will own the full commercial cycle—from market development and pipeline creation through customer engagement, proposals, commercial negotiation and close—and will be accountable for commercial targets for the Benelux region.
The role requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels, from project and site teams through senior and executive leadership.
You will work closely with Ampd's global Commercial, Application Engineering, Service, Operations and Marketing teams to develop the market and ensure successful execution for our customers.

Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans aligned with Ampd's broader commercial strategy.
Build, maintain and convert a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
Identify and win new customers across construction, equipment rental and other priority market segments.
Develop and grow strategic relationships with existing customers, increasing penetration and share of wallet.
Identify and develop relevant rental partners, distributors and other routes to market.
Build relationships with key customer decision-makers and develop Ampd's presence across customer organizations.
Lead customer proposals, commercial negotiations and deal development within Ampd's pricing and approval framework.
Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity and forecast information within HubSpot.
Provide clear and reliable forecasts, including opportunity timing, probability, risks and commercial outlook.
Work closely with Application Engineering to develop appropriate technical solutions and use cases for customers.
Coordinate with Service and Operations to support successful customer delivery and long-term account development.
Provide market and customer feedback to Product, Engineering and Marketing to support future product and market development.
Represent Ampd at relevant customer meetings, industry events and conferences.
Work collaboratively with the Business Development Specialist to develop pipeline and accelerate market penetration across Benelux.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
8–10+ years of successful B2B business development or sales experience, ideally within construction, equipment rental, power, energy or industrial technology.
Proven track record of developing a territory and consistently delivering against commercial targets.
Experience developing both direct customers and indirect/channel relationships.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to engage customers from site level through executive leadership.
Comfortable presenting innovative technology products to both small and large audiences.
Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and translate them into clear customer value propositions.
Strong CRM, pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
Ability to operate independently within a fast-growing international organization.
Fluent English required; Dutch and/or French strongly preferred.
Ability to travel regularly throughout the Benelux region and internationally as required.
