Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales success in construction materials, insulation, sealants, drywall, or related industries
• Experience in building, training, and motivating a network of independent sales representatives
• Willingness to travel 40–50% across Western Canada
• Must reside in the Calgary or Vancouver area
• Legally authorized to work in Canada

Competencies/Skills:

• Self-motivated, results-oriented professional capable of managing accounts and exceeding targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly develop technical knowledge to effectively position and sell firestop products

Work Environment

Office:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment. Occasionally, the employee will be exposed to a warehouse environment and will be required to wear appropriate PPE. The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to type, touch, handle, feel, and to reach with hands and arms.

The employee must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 25lbs. This position requires computer use. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Compensation: RectorSeal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The target salary range for this exempt opportunity is $100,000-$130,000, CD plus annual bonus incentives.

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
