Education, Certification, and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• Formal credit training.
• Minimum of 3 years of lending experience.
• Product knowledge in SBA and commercial lending.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of bank regulations.
