TheProjectandtheRoleDescription

WearecurrentlyseekingaChangeManagementConsultanttojointhetransformationprogramofourSwedishclient,aglobalmanufacturingcompanyprovidingforest,park,lawnandgarden,andconstructionproductsforprofessionalsandconsumers.

In this role, you will support a large-scale business transformation initiative across manufacturingsites,withastrongfocusonCzechfactories.Youwillworkcloselywithbusinessstakeholders,projectteams,localleaders,andchangeagentstodriveorganizationalreadiness,stakeholderengagement,communication,andadoptionofnewwaysofworking.

Tasks

• Identifyimpactedstakeholdergroupsandconductstakeholderanalysis

• Assessandcommunicatechangeimpactsacrossmanufacturingsites

• Supportbusinessreadinessplanningandexecutionactivities

• AdaptandimplementtheChangeManagementapproachforCzechfactories

• CollaboratewithProjectManagers,BusinessProcessLeads,SuperUsers,andChangeAgents

• Facilitatestakeholderengagementandleadershipalignment

• Coordinatecommunicationactivitiesrelatedtobusinesstransformationandprocesschanges

• Supportchangereadinessassessmentsandrecommendmitigationactions

• Workcloselywithfunctionalteamstoensureeffectivechangeadoption

• ExecuteChangeManagementactivitiesinaccordancewithestablishedmethodologiesandbestpractices

RequiredSkills

• PreviousexperienceinChangeManagementwithinlargebusinesstransformation,ERP,ordigitaltransformationprograms

• Strongunderstandingoforganizationalchangefrombothend-userandleadershipperspectives

• Excellentwritten,verbal,andvisualcommunicationskills
