You will use your direct experience as a Recruiter or Account Manager in the Travel Nursing Industry to serve as a partner and key collaborator with our clients to understand their staffing needs. You will proactively solve problems, fill open jobs, and ultimately grow these strategic relationships to maintain and expand our business. The Account Manager will take initiative, setting objectives and creating actionable plans to deliver results. You will be a resourceful, solution oriented problem-solver, expertly navigating areas such as how and when jobs are posted, upcoming projects or staffing challenges, what the job submission requirements are, and the interview and offer process cadence. You will remove barriers where possible and work collaboratively with the product and Nurse Advocate teams to increase our submission-to-offer rate. The Account Manager will be the day-to-day relationship support required to place and retain Clinicians.
