What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their EFT needs and business objectives.
• Present and demonstrate EFT solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Develop and present complex pricing proposals and competitive analyses for financial institutions and negotiate contract renewals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the implementation and ongoing support of EFT services for clients.
• Represent SHAZAM at trade shows and associations to generate leads and strengthen partnerships.
• Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional EFT products and services.
• Provide timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues related to EFT solutions, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to advise clients proactively.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market feedback to senior management.

What you need:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client management or sales within the financial services or payment solutions industry.
• Strong understanding of electronic funds transfer systems, payment processing, and related compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver customized solutions in a remote work setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Analytical skills help in assessing client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Proven ability to think critically and solve problems in fast paced environments, with a focus on strengthening client relationships and driving business outcomes.
• Ability to travel 50%, including some overnight travel to various locations.
• Must possess a valid driver's license to drive on Company business and provide documentation of current personal auto insurance ($300,000 in personal liability coverage is required).
