About the Company:A leading provider of Amazon growth services. They help brands optimize advertising, improve product visibility, and develop e-commerce strategies that drive measurable results. As the company grows, we’re looking for someone who can work directly with the owner, and serve as a trusted partner in supporting high-impact projects that accelerate client success.
Location:Eastern Europe/Europe - Fully Remote
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertising clients and AI tool users
Own client communication end-to-end: emails, calls, follow-ups, and proactive check-ins
Translate advertising performance and product insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Run biweekly or monthly client calls, aligning on goals, performance, and next steps
Support onboarding and ongoing adoption of the AI ad analysis platform
Gather client and user feedback and turn it into clear insights for internal teams
Collaborate closely with PPC managers, product, and leadership to ensure client objectives are met
Hold internal stakeholders accountable for deliverables and timelines
Track account health, satisfaction, and risk signals across both service and product clients
Keep CRM, documentation, and internal tools accurate and up to date
Client Account Management Experience: Proven background managing client relationships in an agency or service-based environment
Product / SaaS Mindset: Experience in Customer Success, Product Success, or supporting SaaS users is a big plus
Communication Mastery: Clear, confident, and professional—both written and verbal

Location Preference: Eastern Europe is a strong plus, but not a hard requirement
