🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 15 years in customer success or strategy consulting; MBA preferred
• Proven track record in large-scale transformation programs
• Experience with AI-based transformation is a plus
• Change management expertise across organizations
• Ability to work with senior executives and pitch opportunities
• Willingness to travel ~70%; visa sponsorship is not offered
