About the role:

This role will focus on community building activities, such as preparing marketing materials, social media management, performing community outreach activities (e.g. meeting people, responding to people online), and data collection and analysis for community activities. This role will also include communicating in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a focus on the Indonesians.

You will be working with a team that is primarily based in the GMT+8 time zone and will need to communicate with them during those working hours. The role can be conducted remotely. The team environment is mainly English-speaking.

Activities:

Your main activities in this role will be:

• Supporting the creation of marketing materials
• Creating content and responding to people via social media platforms
• Translating content between English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Meeting with community members (e.g via call or in-person)
• Building and maintaining partnership with like-minded organizations
• Synthesizing and analyzing data from community outreach activities
