📋 Description

• HR Shared Services (APAC/India) contributor in India, focusing on transitioning work and meeting
• Learn and assist in day-to-day HR data processes: employee records, org structure changes, data
• Support cleansing and maintenance of HR data per policies and global standards.
• Adhere to metrics and SLAs, deliver high-quality service to internal customers and partners.
• Prepare reports and trackers for internal HR teams and audits.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive employee data.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in HR Operations / Shared Services / HR Data Entry in APAC/India, EMEA, NAMER
• Basic understanding of HR systems, data, or Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ticketing tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and follow through on tasks.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Good understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality.
