Maintain Creative Asset Organization & Hygiene

• Maintain all creative assets organized, properly named, and stored within the defined folder structure, ensuring easy access, version control, and complete, ready-to-use deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience creating video and image creatives for ads, social media, or e-commerce, with a basic understanding of Meta Ads (hooks, pacing, clarity).
• 1–3 years of experience using tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar, including AI tools for image and video creation.
• 1+ years of experience following creative direction and brand guidelines and translating them into clear and consistent designs.
• 1+ years of experience creating ads, UGC videos, or social content, or a portfolio showcasing real client or brand work, with an emphasis on clear and effective creatives rather than polished perfection.
