We’re looking for a bold, visionary, and obsessively detail-oriented Creative Director to lead Insider’s global marketing design and brand experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, where brand and business impact are closely intertwined. Reporting to the VP of Brand and Communications, you'll own the creative output of Insider One’s marketing team, from high-impact brand campaigns to our design system, AI usage, and scaling design operations.
You’ll be the keeper of the brand, the shaper of visual identity, and the leader of a growing design ecosystem made up of in-house designers and freelancers, and agency partners. You’ll partner with leaders across Go-To-Market, Demand Gen, Digital, Growth, and Events to bring ideas to life, ensuring everything we create doesn’t just look great, but performs.
Lead and scale Insider’s global creative function—guiding vision, setting standards, and elevating execution across all marketing touchpoints.
Own and evolve Insider’s visual identity and brand systems, for campaigns, events, paid media, website, and product storytelling.
Build and manage a high-performing hybrid team of in-house designers and freelancers to execute across multiple time zones and projects.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to co-own and deliver high-impact campaigns and design assets.
Translate briefs and business needs into creative direction that inspires, performs, and scales.
Ensure every design decision reflects an eye for detail, a deep understanding of our brand, and a strong sense of craft.
Manage creative budget, resources, timelines, and priorities with ruthless clarity.
Establish workflows and systems that enable us to move quickly without compromising quality.
Provide thoughtful, candid feedback that grows people and sharpens the work.
Champion the brand internally and externally ensuring consistency and clarity across every execution, big or small.
10+ years of experience in creative, brand, or design roles with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity within fast-growth B2B SaaS or agency environments.
A portfolio that demonstrates deep expertise in branding, marketing campaigns, and design systems.
Meticulous attention to detail, whether reviewing a campaign concept or an event booth mock-up.
A track record of extreme accountability, owning creative outputs end-to-end, from ideation to execution to post-launch optimization.
Proven AI adoption across brand systems to scale output while maintaining standards.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, freelancers, and agencies across time zones.
Comfort working with ambiguity and speed, while bringing clarity and direction to the team.
Strong creative instincts paired with business acumen; you understand how to use design to solve real business problems.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially when co-owning projects with other departments and presenting to senior stakeholders.
Confident managing creative budgets, tooling, and resource planning.
Experience implementing scalable design operations and feedback loops.
Obsession with elevating the brand and creative output across every channel.
Passion for storytelling, customer experience, and high-performance design.
Comfortable working across multiple time zones and flexing hours when needed to meet critical milestones.
