Description:

• Seeking a CRM Software Engineer to develop, customize, automate, and integrate enterprise CRM platforms, focusing on Zoho CRM and the Zoho One ecosystem.
• Responsible for translating business requirements into working solutions through configuration, scripting, coding, and system enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in CRM development or software engineering, with hands-on experience in enterprise CRM platforms, preferably Zoho CRM.
• Proficiency in Zoho Deluge, JavaScript, SQL, JSON, and XML.
• Strong experience with REST API integrations and third-party system integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce administration or development is a plus.

Benefits:

• Estimated compensation range of $130,000–$140,000 USD, based on experience and market benchmarks.
