What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in customer marketing, customer advocacy, community, or a related customer-facing program role.
• A track record of owning a program independently, with limited oversight.
• Strong interviewing skills — able to draw out a customer's story and shape it into a compelling narrative.
• Experience briefing and managing external vendors (e.g., video production) and internal writers to produce polished deliverables.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills — proven ability to work with Sales, CSM, Product Marketing, PR/AR, and Marketing to get things done.
• Strong relationship-building skills, both internal and external.
• Action-oriented with strong project management instincts; comfortable managing multiple stories, speakers, and requests at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Compensation
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.

The base salary range for this role in the United States is $85,000 - $100,000. This role is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 15% of base salary, based on individual and company performance.

In addition to base pay and bonus eligibility, this role includes clear forms of additional compensation, such as:

• A monthly Connectivity Plus stipend of $150 to support remote work-related expenses
• An annual $200 home office reimbursement
