We’re expanding our remote team and seeking motivated, reliable individuals who enjoy working with people and providing a positive, professional experience.

In this role, you’ll meet with members through scheduled virtual appointments, help them understand the information available to them, answer questions, and guide them through the appropriate next steps. You’ll also assist with digital forms, documentation, and follow-up to help ensure each member receives clear and organized support.

You’ll work within an established system while managing your responsibilities independently from home. No previous industry experience is required, as training and ongoing guidance are provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Meet with members through scheduled phone and video appointments
• Learn about individual needs and provide relevant information
• Explain available options and help members understand next steps
• Answer questions clearly and professionally
• Assist with online applications, forms, and digital documentation
• Coordinate appointment confirmations and follow-up communication
• Maintain accurate and organized member records
• Review information for completeness and accuracy
• Provide consistent support throughout the member experience
• Work with team leaders when additional guidance or assistance is needed
• Participate in ongoing training and team development

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants from a variety of professional backgrounds. Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, call centers, or other people-focused environments can be helpful, but is not required.
