DAI Subject Matter Expert (10 Years, Oracle Financials) - Fully Remote - Secret

BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a skilled and experienced DAI Subject Matter Expert (DAI, Financial). The position shall apply technical expertise and skills to provide Tier 1 helpdesk support (triage), develop training materials, Bi-Weekly Metrics and Progress Reporting, Monthly Communication Tools, and Reporting. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and ten (10) years of experience with DAI (Oracle Financials).

Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.

What will you do

Responsibilities:

• Apply technical expertise and skills to provide Tier 1 helpdesk support (triage).

·Develop training materials.

• Prepare Bi-Weekly Metrics and Progress Reporting.

·Prepare Monthly Communication Tools.

·Prepare Reporting.

• Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support (triage) to users, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.
• Assist in the creation of monthly communication tools, including newsletters, user tips, and system updates, to enhance user awareness and adoption of DAI and related modules.
