• Design, implement and scale end-to-end data products for marketing data needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Data Infrastructure team to ensure data quality and
• Leverage Databricks, Spark and Airflow to build cloud-based data pipelines.
• Partner across teams to drive data strategy and governance.
• Work in a hybrid office setting based in Warsaw with some remote work options.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in cloud-based data processing and storage (Databricks, Spark, Airflow).
• Fluent in SQL and proficient in Python, Scala or Java.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
