📋 Description

• Lead mid-to-senior level discussions with Japanese enterprise customers.
• Hands-on participation with product, demos, PoV environments, and pilots to drive value.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure proposed solutions are realized.
• Shape solution consulting approach in the Japan team and scale impact across the organization.
• Coordinate with sales to align account strategy and identify opportunities for DeepL products.

🎯 Requirements

• Native Japanese; business-level English; other languages welcome.
• 5+ years in solution consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales for Enterprise SaaS/AI/CCaaS or
• Proven track record in complex deals: discovery, demos, solution design contributing to wins.
• Experience building customer demos, prototypes, PoC/PoV environments hands-on.
• Ability to manage multiple deals without heavy micro-management.
• Technical foundation: REST API, authentication/SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Azure AD); SaaS
