The Direct Bill Analystis responsible formanaging and analyzing the direct billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. This role involves reviewing invoices,identifyingdiscrepancies, and providing insights to improve billing efficiency. The Senior Direct Bill Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams andassistsin the development of billing policies and procedures.
How You Will Contribute:
Analyze and review direct billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and generate invoices, ensuringtimelyissuance to clients.
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, collaborating with internal departments as needed.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
Assistin the development and implementation of billing policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, ora relatedfield.
5+ years of experience in billing analysis or finance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiencyin billing software and financial analysis tools.
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
