What We’re Looking For

• 8-12 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, accounting, controllership, or investment banking, including 2-3 years of digital assets industry experience
• Strong accounting foundation and command of the financial statements
• Experience owning financial operations for digital assets, including custody, wallets, settlement, and reconciliation
• Working knowledge of digital asset accounting under U.S. GAAP, including fair value measurement and related disclosures
• Excellent attention to detail and a track record of building process where none exists
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive audiences
• Familiarity with lending, fintech, blockchain, stablecoins, or tokenized assets a plus
• Prior public company experience a plus
• Track record of designing and operating control environments, including SOX, preferred
• Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.
• Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.
• Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.

Salary

• Base Compensation Range: $161,500-$218,500/yr
• 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly
• Company equity in the form of RSUs

This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs. While most offers are generally made within the middle of the range, final compensation is determined based on the factors above.
