We are looking for an accomplished Business Development Director. You’ll be responsible for identifying, leading and closing new sales and partnerships with Fortune 1000 enterprises. We currently support dozens of top-tier enterprise partners including Amazon, PayPal, Verizon, Google, Mastercard, PepsiCo, DoorDash, eBay, among many others with high-touch small business programs (grants and accelerator programs), events, and marketing services. We are seeking a proven sales leader to help accelerate growth.
Reporting into the Co-Founder and President, Elizabeth Gore, you will be responsible for co-developing overall go-to-market strategy and sales end-to-end from prospecting to contracting. You will be supported by a strong sales development representative (SDR), who has an established and proven lead generation system. You will partner closely with our head of partnerships to hand-off for partner success optimization.
Here’s what you’ll be working on day-to-day, but as a nimble organization that puts our small business community at the forefront, flexibility is key, and other responsibilities may arise.

Hello Alice is a fully remote team, so all United States locations are considered. While we are open to strong candidates located anywhere in the US, we have a preference for professionals located in Greater New York City, Texas, or Greater Chicago.
