📋 Description

• Own and evolve the marketing strategy across growth, lifecycle, brand, content, and community with
• Lead analytics and reporting across channels, customer behavior, acquisition, conversion
• Understand target customers to improve the full journey from discovery to advocacy.
• Oversee paid media, SEO, and other growth channels, optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Oversee e-commerce and digital conversion performance, including landing pages and checkout flows.
• Build playbooks to scale marketing across multiple locations with Operations alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in progressive marketing, with team leadership experience.
• Experience in consumer-facing, multi-location, DTC, e-commerce, wellness, or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of the customer funnel, acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, and LTV.
• Significant e-commerce experience including landing pages, offers, and checkout journeys.
• Broad expertise across performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, brand, content, social, and organic
• Experience launching or scaling multiple markets/locations.
