Director of Programmatic Sales – DSPs & Digital Agencies
Full-Time | Remote / Field-Based | Reports to CROAdams Outdoor Advertising is the largest independently owned out-of-home company in the United States. We've spent decades building trusted relationships with advertisers across our markets, and we're now scaling our programmatic business to match the pace of the industry we helped build. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape how the omni-channel buying world discovers, tests, and scales spend on Adams inventory.
The Role
We're looking for a Director of Programmatic Sales to own new business development across the omni-channel DSP and digital-only agency landscape — a focused universe of roughly 150 to 200 accounts. This position is built for someone who thrives lower in the funnel, moving fast across a high volume of digital-native buyers and platform partners.
You'll be the primary evangelist for programmatic DOOH with buyers who live and breathe platforms like The Trade Desk, Vistar, DV360, Amazon DSP, StackAdapt, and the broader omni-channel ecosystem of DSP’s as well as the digital agencies who are now transacting out of home as part of their digital omni-channel media plans — turning unfamiliar territory into a repeatable, revenue-generating channel.
What You'll Own
- Build and work a target list of 150–200 omni-channel DSPs and digital-only agencies, prioritizing accounts with the fastest path to activation.
- Generate net-new programmatic revenue through proactive outreach, platform partnerships, and consistent in-market presence.
- Educate buying teams on Adams' programmatic inventory, deal types, and measurement capabilities — you're often the first real conversation a buyer has about DOOH.
- Build and nurture relationships with platform and DSP partner teams to unlock preferred access, co-marketing, and demand-side momentum.
- Craft proposals and pitch materials that translate Adams' footprint and data into a story that wins budget.
- Partner closely with Ad Ops on deal curation, PMP setup, creative specs, and campaign troubleshooting.
- Keep a clean, current pipeline in CRM and report honestly on activity, forecast, and market signal.
