Schedule: Part-Time to start (but consistent hours with growth potential/Likely business hours or flexible, but must be available to handle high volume of inbound messages/calls)
We're hiring a Dispo Associate to support a high-volume real estate disposition and buyer operations workflow. This is a service-first, soft-close role (not aggressive sales). You'll be the warm, reliable voice that responds to inbound buyer interest from multiple channels, gathers key info, and keeps deals moving by coordinating internal next steps in systems and SOPs.

Respond quickly to buyer inquiries from:
Handle 80%+ of inbound calls & messages from prospective land or property buyers.
Maintain a customer service / soft-close tone (no hard selling).
Qualify & capture buyer details: interest level, desired property walkthroughs, cash vs. down-payment position, timeline.
Trigger contract creation (templates/SOP guided).
Update CRM records (FUB) and workspace systems (Notion).
Log notes and hand off internally to sales / dispo / admin teams.
Track communications and follow SOPs so nothing slips.
Support high-volume follow-through with professionalism and consistency.
Fluent English; clear, warm, customer-facing phone voice (minimal accent preferred by client).

Customer service, inbound lead handling, or client-facing communication experience.
Comfortable soft closing guiding buyers to next steps without pressure.
Detail-oriented + tech-comfortable using CRMs, shared docs, and SOP-driven workflows.
Able to work reliably during (or overlapping) U.S. Eastern business hours to manage heavy inbound volume.
Consistent internet, quiet workspace, and quick response habits.
Female candidates encouraged (brand/tone alignment request from client).
Experience in real estate, land sales, dispositions, or buyer outreach.
Familiarity with Follow Up Boss (FUB), Notion, and digital workflows.
Background in cold calling or high-volume inbound call environments.
High response rate to inbound leads (calls, texts, messages).
Clean, current CRM records with usable buyer notes.
Smooth internal handoffs credit, contracts, and scheduling happen quickly.
Reliable daily coverage: team trusts you to own the inbox & phone.
Documented SOPs for each step (credit check, contract trigger, CRM updates).
Weekly coaching with the leadership team.
Close involvement from the client during onboarding (you won't be thrown in cold).
Ongoing feedback loops to help you grow into expanded hours and responsibilities.
Must be responsive during the identified coverage window (EST-aligned).
Volume-driven: consistency matters more than high-pressure selling.
Friendly, mellow, professional communication culture.
Candidates who include a clear, friendly voice sample + specific tool experience (FUB, Notion, CRM) will be prioritized for interview.
Note: Candidates must have a strong internet backup and a fully functional laptop/PC to be considered for this role.
