Dwell's award-winning architectural and interiors teams work with both housing and retail developers, including some of the nation’s largest Real Estate Investment Trusts, in designing high density, mixed-use, and urban infill projects. Our projects and offices span many states from Arizona to South Florida, up through DC, Virginia, and Maryland, and into New York and Connecticut. We have been awarded as one of the Best Places to Work in 2021 and for many years prior.
