JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for skilled and motivated Dynamics CRM Developers to join our offshore development team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing D365 CE applications, building Power Platform solutions, and developing custom components such as plugins, JavaScript, and PCF controls. This is a hands-on technical role supporting implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of D365 CE solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE out-of-the-box capabilities based on business requirements.
• Design and develop custom plugins, JavaScript logic, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
• Build and integrate solutions using Power Platform tools such as Canvas Apps and Power Automate (Flows).
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality D365 CE solutions.
• Support end-to-end application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in customizations, workflows, and integrations.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and participate in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
• Strong understanding of D365 CE architecture, entities, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
• Experience with custom plugin development using C#/.NET.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for client-side scripting in D365.
• Hands-on experience creating and deploying PCF Controls.
• Solid experience with the Power Platform, including Canvas Apps and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, solution management, and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
