Job Responsibilities

Manage, supervise, and review compilation, review, and audit engagements from planning through issuance.
Review and prepare GAAP financial statements and related disclosures.
Ensure engagements are completed in accordance with professional standards, firm policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Identify technical accounting, reporting, and attestation issues and develop practical solutions for clients.
Maintain engagement budgets, timelines, and profitability objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements.
Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with business owners, executives, and financial leaders.
Effectively communicate accounting, financial reporting, and attestation matters to clients and firm leadership.
Assess client needs and identify opportunities to provide additional value-added services.
Participate in client retention and business development initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop staff accountants, seniors, and supervisors.
Provide technical training and coaching in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting matters.
Review work product and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
Promote a collaborative, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.
Monitor continuing professional education (CPE) requirements and assist in staff development planning.
