• Support operational processes and governance for Technical Solutions Enablement.
• Manage enablement platforms, LMS, CMS, reporting, and program support.
• Execute knowledge management model: taxonomy, lifecycle, discoverability.
• Establish SOPs to improve consistency and scalability.
• Manage intake workflows, handoffs, and execution visibility.
• Partner to improve reporting, analytics, and system capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in enablement ops, business ops, or related field.
• Experience building or improving operational systems and KM programs.
• Strong organizational mindset with detail focus.
• Translate business needs into scalable processes and reports.
• Experience with LMS, Confluence, Asana, Tableau or similar tools.
• Strong writing and verbal comms, cross-team collaboration.
