📋 Description

• Join centralized operations support in Denver, CO as Corporate Admin.
• In-office role, five days a week at the Denver Tech Center.
• Provide centralized system support for A/R processes for residential communities.
• Monitor, process and audit resident lease cycle using a computerized system.
• Communicate with site teams, residents and prospects to ensure timely leasing processes.
• Provide system administration support and maintain accurate records per Operations Manual.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)
• Superior attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize multiple software applications and data entry systems
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Advanced written and oral communication skills
• Property management experience is a plus
