• Executive Assistant to the CEO supporting operations, office management, recruiting coordination
• Work across the founder’s priorities, scheduling, inbox follow-up, and coordination of moving pieces
• Partner with founder and coordinate across the company with discretion
• Build leverage by creating systems and tools to handle recurring tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in executive support, operations, or chief of staff at a startup
• Proven calendar ownership and ability to protect time
• Experience running events end to end with vendor coordination and budget
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through
• High discretion with confidential information
