📋 Description

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple teams and time zones.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense report preparation and submission.
• Organize and support team activities, including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and
• Track key deliverables, follow up on outstanding action items, and help drive work through
• Create, compile, and maintain regular reporting and other key documentation.
• Partner closely with the leadership team to provide day-to-day organizational support.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience providing executive support at the VP level or above.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Google Calendar, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience planning and coordinating events, meetings, and off-sites.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
